Special Support Programmes

Bidadi Geleyara Balaga (BGB) constantly strives to support and empower individuals, victims, artists and organizations.  BGB takes up individual cases based on their immediate needs. These individuals are provided financial support for medical needs, vocational training, entrepreneurship training, pursue higher studies for individuals who have exhibited outstanding academic record enabling them to meet their ambitions of their life and realize their potential.

Some of our Support Program includes:

  • For the disabled children free Tricycle and Hearing aid set were given.
  • BGB organized Music program for the blind and provided financial support.
  • BGB felicitated & ESTENDED financial support to senior film artist Shri K.S. Ashwath & Shri Rathnakar. 
  • BGB has also honored many other persons who have contributed their service in different fields of society. Senior Artists Shri Master Hirannaiah, Shri Dodanna, Shri Srinivas Murthy.
  • Our honored dignitaries also includes Smt. Tejaswini Ananth kumar from Adamya Chetana, Shri Manjunath from Dr. Rajkumar eye centre, Shri Prakash Shetty famous cartoonist,
  • Shri Soorya Naaryana Sreshti from Chikkaballapur & Shri Ravindra from Bangalore for donating blood more than 50 times.
  • On the Occasion of 15th Anniversary of Bidadi Geleyara Balaga as token of Remembrance 150 wall clocks has been distributed to Govt. Offices , Schools & Supporter of BGB
  • Shri Yalagayya from Bidadi Police Station who has won President Award,
  • Shri S.F. Huseni & Shri H.V. Muralidhara famous Origami artists.
  • Shri N.V. Ramachandra Murthy, Director, Canara Bank sponsored institute K.P.J. Prabhu Artisan Center, Bidadi.
  • “Guru Namana” – honored retired teachers on occasion of Teacher’s day.
  • Assistance in providing suitable jobs for the eligible candidates in some local factories.
  • Provided financial support for the “Samrakshana – an orphanage” in Kengeri Satellite Town.
  • In 2004, donations were made for the Tsunami victims.
  • Installation of Name Board Govt. School & to Streets
  • Submitting Memorandum to Concern Govt. Officials and Elected Body for providing basic requirements & also for developments in Bidadi
  • Free Public Library cum Meditation Hall at Sri Rama Temple in Bidadi
